因為基地歷史環境之特殊性，MAUD思瑞建築針對此渡假村規劃，溯及根源，回歸土地本身，以台灣歷史元素塑造現代台灣特色建築，並為業主提出能創造效益的商業模式，包括營運策略、產品定位、區域配置，涵蓋定價、餐飲等企劃，提供全方位的設計與商務服務。
基地受山林環抱，面臨無垠海洋，既隱蔽又開闊，猶如遠離塵煙的避世之所。在此MAUD思瑞建築寄託了歸隱自然的理想，並以過去在地的石板、干欄式建築特色打造具特色的度假別墅、帳篷小屋，賓客在此既可獨享私隱空間，療癒身心靈；也可享有與森林比鄰而居的特權，讓現代人在忙碌生活的縫隙之中，找回初心。
Because of the richness of the area’s historical environment, MAUD aimed to create a holiday village plan, returning to the roots of the area itself and molding elements of Taiwan’s rich history into contemporary Taiwanese architectural features. The project provides the owner multiple benefits in terms of business, including enhanced operation schedules, product location, area allocation, comprising of fixed price, food and drink plans. The village provides a holistic design and commercial service.
The site is backed by the peaking mountains and idyllic forests, facing the boundless ocean, both concealed and open, like a refuge away from dust and smoke. Here, MAUD entrusted with the ideal of returning to nature, using the stone slabs from the past. With the stilt houses creating distinctive holiday villas and cabins, where guests can enjoy exclusive privacy and heal their bodies and souls. You can also enjoy the privilege of living next to forest, allowing modern people to regain their original aspirations in the crevices of busy life.
