全區共規劃 24 間廠辦單元，本案為一座以「極簡工業語彙」為核心的工廠設計，強調材料本質與原始質感，以中性色調為主，結合簡潔俐落的線條，塑造機能性與秩序感兼具的立面設計。
整體規劃透過框架、倒角、錯位和曲面手法，共4種建築設計類型配置，建立統一中帶有變化的廠區風貌，透過不同形式與材料組合，提升整體工作場域的景觀性與企業形象，並在效率與彈性之間取得平衡，打造能隨產業發展持續演進的現代工業建築。
The development includes 24 factory-office units, defined by a minimalist industrial language that emphasizes raw materials, neutral tones, and clean lines, creating a faade that balances function and order.
The masterplan integrates four typologies: box framing, beveled box, offset box, and curved forms, creating a cohesive yet varied industrial environment. Through variations in form and material, the design enhances landscape quality and corporate identity, while balancing efficiency and flexibility to support future industrial evolution.
