Located In The Center Of Kaohsiung City, This Small Residential Apartment Building Sits On A Very Long And Narrow Plot Of Land On A Busy Street. The Building Facade Concept Derives From The Natural Lighting And Air Ventilation. The Building Facade Is Standardized With Variation That Creates A Dynamic System Of Louvers. Maxthreads’ Design Introduces Solar Tracking Devices That Allow The Louvers To Move According To The Direct Sunlight Angle, Reducing The Interior Temperature. The Project Additionally Introduces A Half Shaded Roof Garden That Creates Opportunity For Residents To Host Their Festival Activities On The Roof Top.
